Arcata’s staff of business process analysts provides clients with a broad spectrum of business process re-engineering and transactional processing services. For example, Arcata is assisting NASA to centralize administrative support services that were decentralized for more than 40 years. Arcata staff members are re-engineering systems for Grants and Cooperative Agreements, Small Business Programs, Training Purchases, Training Systems and Change of Station Processing – and then operating those systems by processing transactions to provide direct service response to NASA end customers.
