Arcata is the product of Buck W. Wong's vision, tenacity and experience. He founded the company in 1979 and was joined by his wife Aurora. Buck Wong retired from the company in 1993 and transitioned the leadership to Tim Wong, his son, who took over as President/CEO and Nancy Wong, his daughter, as Executive Vice President.
