The GSA is soliciting worldwide logistics services and products to enable government agencies to meet demands for supply and value chain management, acquisition logistics, distribution and transportation logistics, deployment logistic services, training and operations and maintenance logistics management and support services. Geographic coverage: The 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories.

SIN 874-501, 874-501RC – Supply and Value Chain Management Services
Services that include all phases of planning, acquisition and management of logistics systems. These services include, but are not limited to planning, acquisition, design, development, testing, production, fielding, management, operation, maintenance, sustainment, improvement, modification, and disposal.
Arcata’s Capabilities:
- Conducts system assessments, material requirements planning, and inventory management and operations.
- Manages acquisitions and vendors that provide required products and services on contracts nationwide.
- Operates warehouses, stockrooms and storage facilities handling the receiving, storage and shipping/receiving requirements.
- Provide support for warehouse management systems and provide systems modernization recommendations.
- Maintains government vehicle maintenance logs and schedules.
- Operates, maintains and engineers several communications systems, trunk lines, public address systems, commercial telephone systems, and military ground communication networks.
- Provides documentation support for maintenance procedures and technical manuals wherever contractually applicable.
- Provides a full range of IT services including software development, hardware/software maintenance, data center operations, networking, global wide-area communications, multi-media services, digital television, and security.
