Tim Wong

Tim Wong
President and CEO since 1993, Tim Wong is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the company. His professional career began at Arcata where he moved up through the ranks gaining experience in all facets of the company from manufacturing and operations to marketing and strategic planning. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District Foundation and is a Board of Director for Nevada Public Radio. He is also a member of the Cox Communications Community Advisory Board.

 

Nancy Wong

Nancy Wong
As Executive Vice President, Administration and Corporate Secretary/Treasurer, Nancy Wong oversees the business administration aspects of the company. She joined Arcata in 1992 after working in China for the State University of New York - Buffalo and in Hawaii for a savings and loan. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.


Anthony Ng

Anthony Ng
As the Executive Vice President, Contracts, Anthony Ng manages all contractual and subcontractual relationships for the company. In addition, he provides corporate oversight to specific programs and heads up various business development activities. He was the Vice President of Operations of ATA, a $80 Million government contracting firm and ran his own successful 8(a) company prior to joining Arcata.


Gene Bertin

Gene Bertin
Gene Bertin, Vice President, Corporate Programs, manages Arcata's Department of Defense programs. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Gene also oversees our Quality Management Program. Gene spent ten years with Raytheon Technical Services Company in program management, Six Sigma Quality Assurance, and business development. Prior to joining Raytheon, Gene was in the US Air Force in a variety of technical management positions.


Lynn Clayton

Lynn Clayton
Lynn Clayton, Vice President, Human Resources, joined Arcata in 1994. She spent 17 years at General Electric in Syracuse, New York. She also worked as a Human Resources Representative for Thomson Consumer Electronics. She is a member of the Foley Society, an organization of LeMoyne College alumni, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).


Ralph Decker

Ralph Decker
Ralph Decker, Vice President, J-Tech Program, oversees the entire operations of Annex 2 (Nevada Test and Training Range) and a portion of Annex 4 (Electronic Combat Range, China Lake) for JT3 as part of the Joint Technical Range Services (J-Tech) contract. After serving in the US Air Force, Ralph began his career at Arcata in 1986. Ralph has held a number of management positions at Arcata including Director of Operations and Program Manager. He is a member of the Association of Old Crows.


Kerry Eickhof

Kerry Eickhof
Kerry Eickhof has been with Arcata since 1987 and serves as the Vice President, Finance responsible for all financial and accounting matters. Prior to his employment with Arcata, Kerry Eickhof was in the Air Force for 10 years.


Allan McCaleb

Allan McCaleb
Allan McCaleb, Vice President, Program Development and Operations, manages a portfolio of NASA and DoD programs from our Huntsville corporate office. Allan came to Arcata from Morgan Research Corporation, a Stanley Associates company, as a Technical Manager. He also spent nineteen years with NTI serving in a variety of management and technical positions.


David Recce

David Recce
David Recce, Vice President, RF&ESS Program, manages Arcata's prime contract at Dryden Flight Research Center, Edwards, California. The Research Facilities & Engineering Support Services (RF&ESS) contract provides engineering, information technology, and operations and maintenance support to the Western Aeronautical Test Range (WATR), Research Aircraft Integration Facility (RAIF), Dryden Air Operations Facility (DAOF) and the Center. Prior to joining Arcata, Dave was the Deputy Manager of the Deep Space Network (DSN) Infrastructure, Validation, and Verification Office for JPL.
